webinos is an EU-funded project and affiliate program aiming to define and deliver an Open Source Platform and software components for the Future Internet in the form of web runtime extensions, to enable web applications and services to be used and shared consistently and securely over a broad spectrum of converged and connected devices, including mobile, PC, home media (TV) and in-car units. The webinos project has more than twenty partners from across Europe spanning academic institutions, industry research firms, software firms, handset manufacturers and automotive manufacturers.
Antenna joins leaders such as Deutsche Telekom, Samsung Electronics, Sony Ericsson Mobile Communication, Telefonica and the University of Oxford, and is working with these organizations to define and deliver an Open Source Platform and software components for the Future Internet in the form of web runtime extensions.
Mobey Forum is the not-for-profit global leader in defining a sustainable and prosperous mobile financial services ecosystem. Established in 2000, it brings together leading financial institutions, mobile network operators, mobile handset manufacturers, payment processors and vendors. Members include American Express, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, ING Direct, Nokia, RBS, Telia Sonera and Visa. The purpose of the group is to help accelerate the mass-market deployment of user-friendly mobile financial services by promoting open and secure technology standards.
As members of the Mobey Forum, Antenna regularly attend and participate in their global events where cross-industry leaders are able to share experiences and build relationships.
Antenna is proud to be a member of the Mass Technology Leadership Council. The council is dedicated to nurturing entrepreneurship and bolstering the success of companies in the greater Massachusetts area whose goal is to develop and deploy technology across a variety industry sectors. Antenna joins technology giants such as IBM, Microsoft, and Google in spreading the importance of entrepreneurship and competition in the technology industry.
