AMP SmartClient & AMP WebClient

AMP offers a set of device-side client software that provides different ways to run and deploy mobile applications running across multiple device platforms — Android, BlackBerry, iPhone, Symbian, and Windows Mobile.

Depending on the requirements of the user and business, one or more of these clients can be employed so that users have the optimal mobile experience.

AMP SmartClient — device-side client that powers always-available, native applications. It provides real-time and offline capabilities to mobilize any data source(s) into a feature-rich mobile application running on any smart phone or laptop device.

AMP WebClient — device-side client that powers and manages persistent browser-based applications. It provides a secure sandbox that enables the centralized deployment of enterprise-grade Web applications on devices running advanced mobile browsers, such as iPhone and Android.
