A. Antenna has acquired Dexterra, a mobile enterprise application platform company headquartered in Bothell, Wash. The transaction is a stock purchase and brings us:
- Products and intellectual property
- Customers
- Employees and global offices
- Alliance and channel partnerships
Antenna has hired the majority of Dexterra employees in positions ranging from management to engineering to business development to technical and customer support. Antenna will assume the Dexterra offices in Bothell, Wash., Toronto, Canada, and Reading, UK.
The Antenna Software name and brand will be retained.
